Training Programs
- Below are training programs offered locally or virtually. Check-out cohort member bios for potential candidates, campaign staff, and activists.
- Democratic National Committee (DNC) has a Best Practices Institute (BPI) Victory Vault GoogleDrive with tons of training materials. You can request Victory Vault access.
- Emerge Washington, empowering Democratic women to run and win, is led by (37th LD Dems PCO) Executive Director, Emily Carmichael, and announced their 2022 Marilyn Strickland cohort. 42 Emerge WA alumni ran in 2021 and 49 Emerge WA alumni hold elected office. Emerge also announced a Virtual Bootcamp in June 2022.
- Institute for a Democratic Future (IDF) is led by (former 36th LD Dems Chair) Executive Director, Nicole Gomez, and published bios of their 22 fellows for 2022.
- Washington State Labor Council (WSLC) hosted a Path to Power training on March 23-25 via Zoom.

- King Conservation District Election – One of 44 Conservation Districts roughly aligned to counties; The King County Democrats Endorsed Kirstin Haugen and she won!
