Timelines for 2022

The below timelines are compiled from the WA Secretary of State and county and local election offices.

  • February 2022 Special Election – Includes multiple school levies and bonds and (City of Shoreline) Parks
    • Friday, January 21st: Start of 18-day voting period, ballots likely arrive by mail
    • Monday, January 31st: Last day for online and mail voter registration
    • Tuesday, February 8th: Last day for in-person voter registration
    • Tuesday, February 8th: Last day to return your ballot
  • King Conservation District Election – One of 44 Conservation Districts roughly aligned to counties; The King County Democrats Endorsed Kirstin Haugen and she won!
  • Spokane Conservation District Election
    • Thursday, February 3rd, 4pm: Last day to file candidacy
    • Tuesday, February 15th, 4pm: Last day to request a ballot
    • Tuesday, March 8th: Last day to mail+postmark ballot or submit to 4422 E 8th Ave., Spokane Valley, WA 99212
  • Pierce Conservation District Election
    • Friday, February 18th, 4:30pm: Last day to file candidacy
    • Wednesday, March 2nd: Last day to request a ballot
    • Wednesday, March 23rd: Last day to mail+postmark ballot or submit 308 West Stewart Ave in Puyallup by 4:30pm
    • Thursday, March 31st: Last day for mailed ballots to be counted
  • April 2022 Special Election
